Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services to Mainland UK only.All orders over the value of £500 are sent carriage free.
Offshore & Scottish Highland & Island Customers
Unfortunately most carriers add a surcharge for shipping to these destinations and therefore when we take your order we will not initially charge shipping or take payment for the order. We will however get the best quote we can and will contact you to confirm that value. Once shipping is agreed then we will take payment.Please contact our support team at info@urbanvalemart.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Dispatch Time
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Delivery Charges
